3 PLY SHUTTERING PANEL

3 ply shuttering panel consist of three layers of wood obtained from fir,spruce,pine from threes grown in sustainable forests. The two outer boards are glued lengthwise and the inside board is glued crosswise. Gluing with Melamine-Urea-Formol(MUF)under controlled temperture and pressure condition.This 3 ply structure ensures dimensional stability and swelling or shrinking is almost impossible.The melamine resin they are coated with confers resistance and uniformity to the surface of the panels thus make them suitable for use in any construction site.Often used in the construction industry.They stand out for quality and durability.

• Width:500mm(optional-200mm,250mm,300mm,350mm,400mm,450mm)
• Thickness:21mm(7+7+7) and 27mm(9+9+9 or 6+15+6)

Gluing:MUF or Phenolic glue(E1 or E0 grade)

Surface protection:Water-resistant melamine resin coated by hot-pressed.

Edges:Sealed by water-proof yellow or blue paint.

Surface color:Yellow

Moisture content: 10%-12%

Wood type:Spruce(Europe),Chinese fir,Pinus sylvestris(Russia) or other species.

All boards marked to guarantee traceability.

Application: Concrete form,formwork panels,platform or other uses.
